These Terms & Conditions govern use of SMSheet.com and purchases initiated through its product links. The website is operated by Sohayb Choukri (“SMSheet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Products and descriptions
SMSheet lists digital templates, spreadsheets, and planning resources. We aim to describe each item accurately. Please review the product description, file format, intended use, and software compatibility before buying. Promotional images may be mockups and may not show every sheet, field, or feature included in a product.
Prices, currency, and checkout
The price displayed on the product listing is the advertised price. Check the external checkout page for the final order total, currency, applicable taxes or fees, and payment terms before confirming payment. Purchases are completed through the external checkout/payment provider, currently linked through Pocketsflow. The provider’s checkout terms also apply to the payment process.
Digital products and delivery
Products are digital, not physical goods, unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Delivery, download, or access instructions are those shown by the checkout or supplied after purchase. If you do not receive access or instructions, contact contact@smsheet.com with your order reference.
Software and user responsibility
You are responsible for having the device, software, internet access, and any account needed to use a product. Compatibility can vary by spreadsheet application, browser, operating system, and software version. You should check formulas, calculations, and outputs before relying on them, and keep backups of your own data.
Licence and permitted use
Unless a product listing or separate written licence says otherwise, a purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and edit the purchased template for your own personal use or your own internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share, or make the original template files available to others as standalone products, nor remove ownership notices or claim the original template as your own, without our prior written permission. This licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Intellectual property
SMSheet branding, website content, and original template materials are owned by SMSheet or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and software marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its security or operation, upload malicious code, or infringe the rights of others.
Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update listings, change prices for future purchases, or modify website content. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted except where permitted or required by law. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimers
Templates are general organizational tools, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee a particular productivity, financial, business, or personal outcome. You are responsible for deciding whether a template suits your needs and for verifying its results.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by misuse, incorrect data entry, unsupported third-party software, or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are interpreted subject to applicable law. Any choice of law or dispute process cannot remove mandatory consumer protections or access to remedies available under the law that applies to you. The appropriate governing law and forum may depend on the operator’s legal status and the customer’s location.
