This policy explains how to request help; it does not remove any non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or conformity rights under applicable consumer law.
When you should contact us
Contact us if you were charged more than once, paid but did not receive access or delivery instructions, received a file that appears corrupted or materially different from the listing, or have a technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the purchased product.
How to request support or a refund
Email contact@smsheet.com and include the product name, purchase date, order or transaction reference, the email address used at checkout if applicable, and a description of the issue. A screenshot or error message may help. Never send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other secret authentication information.
Review and possible resolutions
We will review the information and may ask for reasonable details to verify the transaction or troubleshoot the issue. Depending on the facts and applicable law, possible resolutions may include help accessing the file, a corrected or replacement file, or a refund. A refund will be provided where required by applicable law or where we approve it after reviewing the case. We do not promise that every change-of-mind request will qualify for a refund, but this policy does not override mandatory consumer rights.
Digital content and cancellation rights
Rules for cancelling a digital-content purchase differ by country. In some jurisdictions, a consumer’s withdrawal right may be affected when digital content is supplied immediately only if specific legal conditions are met, such as the required prior express consent and acknowledgement. The checkout should present any legally required notices and consent choices. Do not assume that access or download alone removes a right that the law gives you.
Payment provider and refund timing
Payments are handled through the external checkout/payment provider shown at purchase. If a refund is approved, it may need to be processed through that provider, and the time for funds to appear depends on the provider and original payment method.
